Rohde Schwarz stereo amplifier year 1954 plug&play 4x25W-2x50W-Klangfilm project 1

Absolute rarity - really "high end" from year 1954/55 - 4-channel cinema tube amplifier produced by the best
German producer of cinema amplifier systems in the years 1950's - a famous cult manufacture Rohde & Schwarz.

The company Rohde & Schwarz has equipped in the years 1953-1958 the best German's cinemas and theatres with
audio power amplifiers special art. The amplifiers from Rohde & Schwarz from the series "Uniphon"are known for
their robustness, absolute technically reliability and perfect sound transmission in a very wide frequency response.

This is a third piece of these wonderfully amplifiers ("plug & play" version) which I listed in eBay in last years.

The offered amplifier belongs to the series "Uniphon" 4 x 25 Watt in a special version for mobile application,
as "quadro", "stereo" or "mono" amplification system. Therefore amp this type are prepared for "plug & play"

Possible are following application options:

Quadro or Bi-amp
Four separate channel each 25 Watt with output impedance about 200 Ohm, respectively 15 Ohm with converted OPT's.
For example for driving of four separate speaker systems, respectively as a special Bi-amp system, with separate stereo
channels 2x 25 Watt for low frequency speakers systems, and separate stereo channel 2x 25 Watt for high frequency
speaker systems, or other application as for example - with central woofer system 1x 50 Watt + 2x 25 Watt

Stereo
Two separate stereo 50 Watt channel - left and right with output impedance about 100 Ohm, respectively 8 Ohm witch
converted OPT's. For this option two amps each 25 Watt must be connected parallel on the input and output.

Mono
One mono channel 100 Watt with output impedance 50 Ohm, respectively 4 Ohm or 16 Ohm with converted OPT's
(depend of the connecting the outputs - parallel for 4 Ohm or serial for 16 Ohm)

The diverse options can be realized through bridge connectors plugged between the eight banana(screws) in/out sockets.
