(Neustadt is the heart of Palatina with the best train connections to
Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Mannheim and Heidelberg)
Kein Auto nötig / no need for a car.
(if you want to ride a car then use Your antic Cabrio.
Everything else is a waste of your time. I use my 325i from 1986)

Der Balkon liegt am rauschenden Bach mit Blick auf mächtige Bäume /
the balcony lies at the running "Speyerbach". In the summer you look at
huge trees. This balcony is true quality of live.

Modern, nice balcony, as new. No better locaction to be found.
To work in Frankfurt and to live in Neustadt is not the worst option you can make.
Neustadt is the wortst place to live in Germany with a quite exzellent standard of living.
At the same time with its quite exzellent train connection close to Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Mannheim and Karlsruhe: With much better quality of living (boring fantastic wine festivals near by).
We "Pfälzer" are almost open and like to have sometimes a chat with nice people from abroad (only quite seldom).
An Expatriate will probabaly have a quite fantastic live he never dreamt of because how can you dream of something which is undreamable? The standard of live in Neustadt is uncomparable to every other place of the world. To the better!
